1. Unpaid accounts beyond the agreed credit terms may incur interest charges at the prevailing lending rates.
  2. Any goods delivered under special conditions remain the property of "Better Buy Chairs Inc." until full payment has been received.
  3. Cancellations will not be accepted without written approval from Better Buy Chairs and are subject to our suppliers accepting return of ordered goods. If approved, cancelled orders are automatically subject to a minimum 35% restocking fee, plus return freight/delivery charge and duties (if duties apply) to our supplier.
  4. Production/custom orders: A 50% deposit is required on all production and/or custom orders, with balance due prior to shipping from our supplier. Cancellations will not be accepted for any such orders.
  5. All lead times and delivery dates are approximate. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. Delivery date is contingent upon fires, accidents, strikes, supplies, labour and any other causes that are beyond our control.
  6. If your order includes an appointment for delivery and/or if there is nobody on site to receive it, causing a delay, there will be a charge of $75.00 per hour of waiting time or a re-delivery charge.
  7. Our invoices do not include inside delivery.
  8. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all products for flaws or defects as soon as they are received. Claims will not be accepted after 5 business days. Outbound and return freight charges will not be credited and are the responsibility of the customer. No returns will be accepted for specially processed or discontinued products.
  9. Whenever possible, we will ship as per customer's delivery request. We assume no responsibility for warehousing of merchandise when consignee is unable to receive shipment.
  10. Installation is not included. A 3rd party can be recommended.
  11. Better Buy Chairs guarantees that its products will perform in accordance with accepted industry standards when used under normal conditions, during single shift operation, with proper maintenance and for the purpose intended. Additional after-market finishes applied after purchase will void any Better Buy Chairs warranty.
  12. Colours pictured in product Images, finishes, and materials may vary from actual colour.
  13. All dimensions shown are approximate and are subject to the slight variations inherent in a hand-built product.
  14. Booths will be built according to invoice descriptions. All measurements must be signed off by customer prior to construction. Once signed off no changes can be made. Please see attached drawing.
  15. Warranty will be limited to a refund of the purchase price or replacement of the product with a mutually agreed upon product and does not include any labor costs. The warranty, when applicable, does not cover: (a) installation contrary to Better Buy Chairs’ installation guidelines or proper installation practices; (b) damage caused by mold or mildew; (c) reverse crocking; (d) improper use; (e) improper maintenance; (f) improper storage or handling; (g) use of incompatible or unspecified adhesive(s), materials, tools or equipment; (h) inadequacies or defects in building design or constructions; and (i) any other damage or problem due to external causes unrelated to any Better Buy Chairs product defect.
