Warranty
Warranty Coverage
Better Buy Chairs Inc. warrants that its products will perform in accordance with accepted industry standards when used under normal commercial conditions, during single-shift operation, with proper care, maintenance, and for the intended purpose.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the warranty period is one (1) year from the date of delivery.
Remedy
If a valid claim is confirmed, our obligation is limited—at our sole discretion—to:
- Repairing the product,
- Replacing the product with the same or a mutually agreed alternative, or
- Refunding the original purchase price.
This warranty does not include labor, installation costs, removal costs, downtime, or any indirect or consequential damages.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to damage or failure resulting from:
- Installation not in accordance with our guidelines or standard industry practices
- Freight or transportation damage
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Improper or inadequate maintenance or cleaning
- Improper storage or handling
- Use of incompatible or unspecified adhesives, materials, tools, or equipment
- Mold, mildew, or environmental conditions
- Reverse crocking or finish wear from normal use
- Building or structural deficiencies
- Any external cause unrelated to a manufacturing defect
Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
Modifications & After-Market Work
Any repairs, alterations, or aftermarket finishes applied after purchase without prior written authorization will void the warranty.
Variations in Materials
Natural and manufactured materials may vary. Differences in:
- Color
- Grain
- Texture
- Sheen
- Dimensions (minor hand-built tolerances)
are normal and are not considered defects.
Inspection & Claim Window
The buyer must inspect products immediately upon receipt.
Claims for visible defects, shortages, or issues must be submitted within five (5) business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Freight charges (outbound or return) are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
How to Submit a Claim
To initiate a claim, contact customer service with:
- Order or invoice number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs
- Any supporting documentation requested
We reserve the right to request return of parts or products for evaluation.
